“FKK – three letters with great fascination. Naturism is above all a piece of lived culture, quality of life and an attitude. With this background, it is not so surprising, how many naturists were willing to be photographed at their bathing lakes. Interviews provide information about their attitude towards nature and body and about their everyday life. An interesting overall impression, which one would not necessarily have expected in times of growing prudery. The illustrated book with its entertaining texts contains appealing pictures of people of all generations, who associate naturism above all with the joy of life. Today, naturism finds enthusiastic followers from toddlers to senior citizens. There is Karsten from Leipzig, for example, who became a passionate nude biker after an experience in warm rain, Jonny from Erfurt, who likes to immerse himself in authors of world literature in the sun. Eva from Jena spends almost every warm day of her retirement at Schleichersee Lake, and for Anke, the afternoon there is simply obligatory. Berlin's Halensee Lake has been a magnet for genuine uncovered Berlin originals since decades. The volume is a plea to be more open with your own body again. Anyone, who has once experienced a sunny afternoon at a naturist beach with friends, becomes a repeater. Well then: Stage free - Nudity!”
